Warehouse Allrounder 

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Allrounder to join our busy Pixie's Pix Warehouse team!. This role is a full time position, Monday - Friday 7.30am-4.30pm, located in Beaconsfield.

The role will include the following tasks: 

  • Unpacking pallet deliveries
  • Packing and unpacking trucks between our Head Office and warehouse
  • Driving company van and transferring stock between our Head Office and Beaconsfield Warehouse
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock
  • Stocktaking and checking stock quality prior to it being sent to customers
  • Pulling, packing and fulfilling orders

In order to be successful for interview, you must have high attention to detail and previous experience working in a warehouse. Successful applicants must have a drivers licence. Salary will depend on experience.

Social Media & Content Creator

Pixie’s Pix is seeking a full-time Social Media & Content Creator to oversee and manage deliverables for all social media channels & digital marketing.

You must have a strong background in content production, writing and creating, with a keen sense of the current social landscape and innovative approaches to building brands via digital marketing.

The person in this role will be expected to be proactive & has the ability to manage multiple projects with a heavy focus on creating content in alignment with the Pixie’s Pix brand aesthetic.

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Create engaging social content weekly that aligns with Pixie’s Pix brand
  • Brand management for Pixie's Pix
  • Use timelines and scheduled content app to create a consistent stream of creative
  • Write copy for social posts in the Pixie’s Pix tone of voice
  • Social community engagement including responding to all messages in a timely manner, i.e. all direct messages, requests & comments
  • Posts daily Instagram story content – a minimum of 5 posts per account - featuring new arrivals, promote holiday initiatives, gift guides, new products etc.
  • Review social analytics to strategise new creatives to boost social growth
  • Brainstorm innovative ways each month to work with our partner brands to drive traffic and increase the overall Pixie’s Pix brand awareness
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to keep website up to date with corresponding imagery
  • Coordinate and plan in-house photoshoots for e-commerce and social media images in line with the Pixie’s Pix brand aesthetic alongside our Design Director
  • Produce monthly creative for paid advertising
  • Work closely with digital agency and e-commerce team with bi-weekly paid media reporting
  • Spearheads content initiatives for collection launches and holiday campaigns

The successful candidate for this position must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Media Marketing or closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, media and brand management.
  • Comfortability with social media analytics, reports and keen to monitor social campaigns and initiatives- always seeking to improve engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to write copy and understand tone of voice.
  • Embrace working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • An excitement about social media, design and working in the kids/toy space
  • Must live in Sydney, NSW
  • Available Monday- Friday, for full-time, in-office position

Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to assist the team with all things graphics, socials and online!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing EDM's and marketing materials for distribution
  • Designing tiles and stories for publishing to socials
  • Management of the website including updating of product imagery and banners
  • Design and development of catalogues and other marketing materials

This role is full time and based in our Sydney office.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Graphic Design Qualification
  • Experience in a Graphic Design Role
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign and Illustrator
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative flair, with the ability to come up with new and unique ideas
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexibility to work concurrently across a diverse range of projects
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
